| Morten. Tuomas has some wicked music and lyrics but the stuff from Once and DPP was just too commerical. At least with Sirenia you always hear elements of the old stuff in the new stuff. | |

| Ok, I'll show you my opinion but it's not a comparition.
I like some lyrics of Nightwish but not all of them, because hardly I can understand what he wanted to say. About the melody, I really really really love it. Orchestras and operatic singers are part of my soul. Symphonic metal is just the best.
I also like Morten's lyrics, but I'm not always in the mood for them. When I was younger it was what I liked to read and to write and to listen to, and as a lover of litterature I still like his lyrics very much. I just prefer psychologic, litterature or social themes. About the melody, I love how he mix violins with guitars and how his voice is mixed with female soft voices.
See? I couldn't say who is the best. I just like Nightwish better, it was the second female band (the first one was Tristania) I've ever heard, and it will always be one of my favs.
