| You know all my dreams they fade with time They're slowly dying in the darkest corners of your aching mind A radiant star has lost its shine Now consumed by all the darkness and the pain within this life
The fading embers burning out, while you linger here Forevermore in darkness and in doubt
Fade... All my dreams they fade Fade... See them pass away Fade... See them all decay All of my dreams fade away....
Into the night Fade... Out of my sight Fade... Like candle lights All of my dreams fade away....
All of my dreams have come to an end | |

| (I'm not sure if this a topic for discussing the song, so feel free to delete this post ) Fading Star is the only song that reminded me of Mortemia; the lead-guitar, the choruses being sung solely by the choir and a fairly long guitar solo. The second part was a positive surprise, and it was nice to see that Morten could think outside the usualy formula. | |

| You're on the right topic. I agree with you. I think we saw Morten go further with this song than with past ones. Maybe it is a sign of Sirenia maturing slowly but surely? | |

| I think this song is really good. And yes, it does remind me a bit of Mortemia | |
