Why Did Henriette Leave?

I'm still new to Sirenia and was wondering why did Henriette leave?

Personal reasons which would make it hard for the band to keep going with her.

I hate when singers say they are leaving because of personal reasons.. as a fan we must know their reasons.

I agree. I understand their need to keep their private life private. But we need a reason as too why they are leaving other than its personal.

I'm sure if she felt good with it she would had told us the reason behind her leaving.

I don't blame her. It has to be hard being away from everyone you love. Espically since with Sirenia they hardly ever take breaks from recording and touring.

Here is Henriette's official statement:

"It's a difficult call this one, but it has now come down to me leaving SIRENIA. Seeing how the band is working full-time on the new album - the new record deal and everything - there's a lot coming up, and as I'm not able to give SIRENIA all the attention they need and sure as hell are worthy of at this very moment, we have come to the decision that it is for the best of the future of the band that we part ways. No hard feelings whatsoever, just due to a bit of musical differences and such. I don't think SIRENIA is what really gives me the right spirit to keep going and give it all for the band. I wish them the best of luck in the future and on the next release(s), and would like to salute you all for your massive support!!"

I imagine she must had became lonely from being away from those she loved most. I'm sure she got along with the band but getting along doesn't aways keep you from missing your old friends and wanting to see them espically when life is so sort.

Yeah. She probably got homesick after a while. And wore out from the demands of recording and touring for a cd.

Probably. Espcially since she left to become a graphic designer. I'm guessing that she apply to be the vocalist as a joke, just for the heck of it, or she never thought she would be choosen.

I've been thinking that myself lately. Watching Henreitte she just didn't look happy to be up on the stage.

yup that's true...what can we get from "i left due to personal reasons" ?!!!!!!!! so i don't like Lisa from Xandria anymore couse she left...xexe

but if a person want to keep her privacy...

Still as a fan we need to know something more than "personal reasons". Give us a real excuse.

Yes but at the same time we need some reason that is capable of being shared with us.
